As subscribers to our newsletter know, in the past e-mails from The Electric Typewriter have been few and far between. That’s becuase our focus has always been finding as many great ariticles and essays as we can, and sharing them on tetw.org. But the themed strucutre of the site doesn’t make it easy for loyal readers to find new things to read. That’s where this substack comes in — we’re going to use it send out links to great reading material as and when we discover it, probably about once a month. If that sounds good, then feel free to sign up.

At the moment we are in deep reading mode, trying to find as much great nonfiction as we can from 2024 for our end-of-year roundup, which will be out in the first week of January. If you have any tips, please add them in the comments!
